Find Paloma and wish her a Happy Birthday here! I’m giving away a copy of my m/m erotic fantasy NATHANIEL

From the moment Taden rescues Nathaniel from the Sutherlin soldiers’ torture, he finds himself caught in the gaze of the most beautiful eyes he’s ever seen; amazing eyes that hold him thrilled and confused. The Sutherlins are planning to invade the beautiful Tahon Valley, but as Taden secrets Nathaniel from their reach, he finds himself drawn to the young man. Not only does he feel the urge to protect him, but he feels an ache he hasn’t felt in many long years.

Nathaniel claims to be a traveler from a distant continent, saying he comes in peace. True or not, the youth has powers beyond anything Taden has seen—control over men and animals and the very weather. Taden falls hard for the strange traveler, protecting him not only from the Sutherlins but from his own mistrustful people, who don’t understand Nathaniel’s powers and accuse him of being a witch…

Time dragged in empty segments before he heard the step he’d been listening for. He hardly breathed when they stopped beside the cot. He trembled, helpless in the longing that swept through him.

“Taden?” Nathaniel said, hesitant, and Taden’s lips parted on a sigh. He kept his eyes covered with his arm, and the air filled with the sound of Nathaniel’s soft breathing. Fingers brushed his face as Nathaniel knelt beside him, and his warmth and familiar scent filled Taden’s senses. Cool lips touched his, and Taden shivered as a tongue flitted over the edges of his lips. He still made no acknowledgement of Nathaniel’s presence and heard the young man laugh under his breath. When he smiled reflectively at the sound, Nathaniel took advantage by darting his tongue between Taden’s lips, giving him a lingering kiss.

Nathaniel continued to plunder his mouth, the sweet tongue tangling with his and sliding into the soft folds of his mouth. Taden gave up all pretense of indifference, kissing Nathaniel back as his desire ignited. A familiar ache built below. He shivered as Nathaniel’s hands slid over his chest and under the edge of his tunic, pushing it up to bare his skin.

Taden eagerly slipped his arms out of the sleeves, but instead of lifting it over his head, Nathaniel covered Taden’s face with the soft material, leaving Taden blind to what he did. Taden held still, every nerve tingling as he strained to hear Nathaniel in the darkness. His body trembled, expectant. He wondered distractedly why he hadn’t thought to used a blindfold before. The anticipation was intoxicating. He’d been in several situations where a blindfold would have…

At the rustle of fabric, he snapped back to the moment. Nathaniel shifted by the cot, and Taden trembled as the youth’s hair fell in a silken wave against his throat, catching his nerves on fire. Taden breathed in the heady scent of evergreens and the musky sweat that rose from Nathaniel’s body. He groaned, arching his back as Nathaniel’s warm tongue flicked his throat and licked its way down his body to tease a vulnerable nipple on his chest. He felt strangled in his clothing, wanting that hot mouth on his most intimate places.

As if reading his thoughts, Nathaniel fumbled with the buttons of Taden’s trousers, and a groan rose from Taden’s chest as his cock spilled into the cool evening air. He panted, exposed, waiting for Nathaniel’s touch, the anticipation bringing a whimper to his throat.
